A mantra is an effective way to reinforce new patterns of thinking and make a mindset shift toward daily choices that better support our health.

Let’s break it down…

I Want

The mantra’s power is rooted in the concept that one must begin any transformation journey with a solid desire for change (I want). Though it’s normal to have some ambivalence in the beginning, the desire to change must outweigh the momentum of staying stuck in unhealthy patterns.

I Can

A key success component in change is belief in one’s ability to choose differently (I can). As the famous quote by Henry Ford goes, “Whether you think you can or that you can’t, you are usually right.”
