Accountability

We all begin with strong determination to shed unhealthy weight; staying the course and working over weeks and months towards your goal is the most challenging part. When you partner with a coach, you share weekly conversations focused on your goal achievement. We celebrate what’s gone well and strategize around what might be getting in the way of your progress. When you get off track, your coach helps you quickly get up, brush yourself off and keep moving forward. There’s no shame, no ‘shoulds’ or deprivation to drive you made.

Resources/guidance

With a coaching program, your coach acts as your personal guide to health improvements. Wherever you are in your journey, your coach meets you there and personally helps you get to a healthier place by providing resources that are based in experience in nutrition, physical activity and behavior change.  A proprietary 16-page playbook will also give you the tools you need to make a mindset shift to healthier choices to support your weight loss journey.

These are two keys skills your coach helps you build that are critical to weight loss and maintenance. With coaching, most clients shed 1-2 pounds per week–the healthiest and most sustainable rate of weight loss.
