The providers of Women’s Health Specialists are passionately focused on caring for the total woman. That’s a key motivation in expanding our practice to offer wellness center services.
Our expansion news is something we’re very excited about: We’ve added three health coaches to our practice. Please help us welcome Coaches Alison Allman, Gayle Rose, and Marilyn Disch.
Total woman care is not just a tagline, it’s our mission. Wellness today is much more than the absence of disease. With our new services, we’ll offer even more ways for you to effectively reach your wellness goals. Nearly everyone can benefit from a partner and accountability source in achieving their goals. Many women consult with a health coach around meeting weight loss goals. Whatever your goals, our coaches can help you get on track and stay there for the long-haul. They specialize in helping women find their ‘why’ around making improvements to their well-being. They don’t offer short-term, quick weight loss schemes or expensive pre-packaged meals. They help you dig deep to make mind-set shifts and find balance in life.
You know those health changes we so often talk about in your annual well-woman visit? Those ones that are so hard for most of us to make on our own? One of our health coaches can help you along the way. Whether that’s losing that spare tire that’s developed around your middle, lowering blood pressure, eating a more balanced diet, eliminating negative health habits such as smoking or a sugar addiction or around being more physically active—the WHS Health Coaches can help you do it.
Learn more about our new coaches by reading their bios below or click here to meet them in this 3-minute video. [vimeo]https://vimeo.com/137389182[/vimeo] You’ll also be hearing from them regularly with their inspirational and informative Tuesday blog posts about wellness.
Stay tuned for more info about their upcoming group coaching sessions and about monthly no-cost brown-bag lunch talks. Individual coaching packages are available too, with no-obligation 15-minute consultations to determine if health coaching is right for you.
